Every two years, the City of League City hires ETC Institute—a nationally recognized government research and survey company—to administer a Citizen Satisfaction Survey.

The survey is conducted in two parts.

First—it is mailed to a randomly sampled group of over 400 diverse residents who live across the city.

The second part of the contract with ETC is to provide the survey electronically to any resident who is interested in taking it. An online link to the survey is now available and will remain open for the next few weeks.
