The Clear Creek Village Soundwall Project, is a TxDOT-led sound mitigation project associated with improvements along the I-45 corridor. The City of League City is participating in the project to support soundwall construction outside of TxDOT right-of-way through coordination of utility relocations and acquisition of easements.

Current Status of Project:

The project remains in the design coordination and utility relocation phase, with ongoing coordination between the City, TxDOT, and utility providers.

What's next?

• TNMP has submitted the required TxDOT permit application and is coordinating pole placement and supplier lead times, with potential pole delivery anticipated in June.
• The City Project Manager and Right-of-Way Manager are in the process of securing temporary construction easements from adjacent business properties to support future soundwall construction.
