League City Public Works is assisting our local utility companies by providing a simple process for reporting streetlight outages.

Texas-New Mexico Power (TNMP) and CenterPoint fix hundreds of lights a year. In an effort to help streamline this process, we would like our residents to notify our Public Works Department of streetlight outages. Please read the simple step-by-step process below on how to report an outage and what happens next.


How to Report an Outage

Using the form below, here are the steps on how to report a streetlight outage to our Public Works Department as we assist our utility providers in locating areas that need repair.

    Giving us the location of the neighborhood helps us direct the utliity company to the reported outage.

    6. Provide the nearest cross streets and a detailed description of the outage location.

    To help us identify the light faster, please give us the nearest corresponding cross streets and a detailed description of the location of the light post. Example: The light pole is located on the corner of Aspen and Oak Street across from the community pool.

    NOTE* There can be delays in repair if the location of the streetlight is nondescriptive. Please provide as much information as possible to help us locate and repair your streetlight.
